FILE SENDING
You can give us your file on CD or email it to us if it is not too large. We prefer your file on CD. |
SOFTWARE
We accept Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSIgn, CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop files of your artwork. |
SUPPORTED FILE FORMATS
Many file formats are accepted, but some work better for signage than others. EPS files are preferred. If you have another format, please email us your file and we will determine if it is usable. The only file types not accepted are PowerPoint or PPT files. |
FONTS & TYPE
Fonts should be converted to outlines, curves or paths within your file. If not, you will need to include the fonts (PC only) with your file so that we have the ability to use your font. |
IMAGES & PHOTOS
To produce the best quality image for your signage, your image sizes should have a resolution of at least 150-300 dpi (or ppi) at FULL SIZE (or at a scalable size at which the image will be printed). |
COLOR MATCHING
Please include Pantone (PMS) colors in your file to indicate desired colors, when using spot type colors. A printout or a high resolution jpeg of the sign/graphic is also helpful to compare colors. Please keep in mind that not all monitors and printers display or print the same color the same way. Exact matching on all colors is not possible - we will work with you to make sure you get the best match possible. |
PROOFS
A single proof can be emailed, faxed, or printed for you to pick up. If you desire another proof to be made, additional charges will apply. You will be advised of any additional charges before they are made. |
PREPARING ARTWORK FILES
Please present your files to us after you have made sure there are no spelling, resolution, or color errors. This will help us get your project underway in adequate time. We will double check our customer's files before starting any project and notify of any suspicious issues. |
